I'm not the master of the vids, in fact I don't have a clue when it comes to video.
I am lucky enough to have a clubmate professionally into graphics who likes to film at the field...

The cause of the anti dihedral was weak struts, they was bent during a unintentionally hard negative manouver and did not flex back, not good at all..

The wings and struts are on the bench...

For those interested I have a 280 MB vid of the tree first flights with only the music of the ZDZ and wind.
Maybe it's payback time and I could send a CD... Or, perhaps somebody has some bandwith...

And the takeoff in less than 10 meters was very pessimistic.

It is the large Weiershauser kit, the prop is a Menz 32X10, ground clearing is plentiful, Im considering a 34X8 to reduce speed a bit ..
4 Servoes for the tail, is in the tail. All Hitec...

Mine had 3 flights saturday. Takeoff weight was 16,5 kg, the ZDZ160 running rich on 4% oil.
Very nice flyer, takeoff less than 10 meter if given full throttle,
almost to much power as it was...

The pattern was sprayed on initially.
I had a lot of seepage under the tape so most lines have been
fixed with a small brush, still have some more meters to fix...

If there was Solartex...

Going slow with the SD right now, was bitten by the profile bug again and just had to build a
OMP edge.
Now my 6 year old is angry with me, I guess I`ll have to continue the SD soon ...

The Weiershauser kit builds very light and extremely elegant, a ZDZ 160 fits in the cowl less the plugs. 32
inch prop has good ground clearance.
However I think the WH is initially a more...

Hi.
Both wings ready for covering, same for the tail, still some left on the fuse.
Mainly I'm fiddling with reinforcing the firewall and constructing/
building tunnels for the canisters.

There is no issue 3D'ing a highwing, just add enough engine and lightness.
(and maybe implant a 3d -V2 chip for you ProBro's out there ;) )

I love hovering and to do Harriers with...
