the double blue stripes on the fuse will be added soon. We also want to add blue stripes all around the star patterns, but that'll have to wait until after the flying season ;)

that twisted wing was the result of one half of the left strut coming loose. The struts are aluminium tubing with in the
end aluminium cylinders glued in. (locktite, shouldn't come...

Yeehaa!!! Maiden flight went great for all three planes.

Just some minor problems to sort out with the mufflers coming loose / teflon couplers cracking.

Anybody know about some good tubing...

Yes, all three will fly monday (weather permitting ofcourse)
The spinner(s) (and cowls) are being painted as well, I forgot to mention those.

My fuse is done!! Only the cowl and LG to screw on ;)

the mounts (and all other ply parts we used in addition to Harald's) are CNC cut.
Mounts are from 6mm aircraft ply, laminated on both sides with carbon. The firewall in the fuse is only...

The intake funnel of the carburator extends through the firewall into the fuse. We built a box around that inside the fuse,
so...

The spinners we're using are the ones supplied in the kit :

white GFK spinners with an aluminium backplate. The spinners look real nice, gell-coated :D
