What tools do you use to cut and form the litho plate and to make the surface details? I tried to work with litho plate years ago and didn't have much success. Was not happy with the results.

Also, what adhesive do you use to bond the litho to the plug?

I tried to find litho plate recently and it is impossible to find now since all printing has gone digital.

Hi! for lithiplate to cut i use some ordinar cuter, for rivets i use brass tube and for glue i use contact glue.the work is simple only need training😊.

Mugu,
First class work! Very nice. What material did you use to cover the foam wings?

Looks great ! How are the two halves bonded together or is there a step I missed where the material is poured into a cavity to form a whole tire?
